Can you explain tracking plans?

We have 3 tracking plans that can be assigned to your trackers.

For any custom tracking requirements, let us know and we will accomodate!

Can I change my plan? Or pause?

Yes – simply email us info@anytrack.com.au and we will change your plan immediately and the plan will increase/decrease on your next cycle.

If you wish to pause or cancel, please also email us and we will help.

How do I change tracker names?

By default the asset trackers are preprogrammed by their serial numbers.
You can identify the serial number of each tracker by the sticker on the case.

To rename your assets, login to our LIVE Dashboard (via PC or Mac)

  1. Click Assets > Manage Assets
  2. Click the Asset Number
  3. Change Name, Description and Asset Code
  4. Click Save
  5. Now when you view Live Map you will the newly updated names!

What is a geo fence?

Geo Fences are zones that you can set up and define for all of your assets. For example, you can setup a zone called ‘Home’ and one called ‘Work’ and draw a boundary around these addresses, then set up alerts based on assets leaving and entering the zones.

  1. Click Admin > Geo-Fences
  2. Click New Geo-Fence
  3. Enter a Name and Comment
  4. Search for your location!
  5. Click Draw GeoFence and use your mouse to draw a boundary
  6. Click Save

How do I setup alerts?

Simple! Follow these steps to set up one of our commonly used alerts:

  1. Click Admin > Alerts
  2. Click New Alert Wizard
  3. Change the dropdown to the alert you require
  4. Select your assets for the alert
  5. Select your notification profiles – Email & Mobile
    NOTE – if your Mobile is missing, download our App and sign in!
  6. Enter a Name for the Alert
  7. Click Save

What about recovery mode?

Recovery Mode and one time Movement Alerts can be activated in our web based dashboard and our App through your mobile devices.

Simply click on your Asset, click the 3 dots to the top right, and click Enable Recovery Mode, or Enable Movement Alert.

Please note that Movement Alerts are one time movement alerts and need to be re-enabled each time. For more permanent one more movement alerts, please configure this through our Dashboard Admin > Alerts (as above).

Recovery Mode can be enabled for a specific period of time.

How do I view trip history?

Using our Dashboard you can easily bring up trip history for your assets.

  1. Click History > Trip History Map View
  2. At the top right, change the drop down for your required Asset
  3. Change the date to your required Date
  4. Click on each Trip to view the trip history playback
  5. Routes, speed, and each heartbeat will be shown for your records

What about trip history in App?

Using our App you can easily bring up trip history for your assets.

  1. Click Assets
  2. Find your required Asset
  3. Click the 3 dots
  4. Click Asset Trips
  5. Click Manage Trips
  6. Click on each Trip to view the trip history playback

How can I setup reports?

Using our Dashboard you can easily look at one of the many reports.

Click Reports > All Reports
Follow the on screen prompts to setup the reports you require.

How do I track my vehicle's odo?

By default the trackers start at 0km, to enter your vehicles odometer:

  1. Note down your vehicles odometer reading at time of installation
  2. Click Odo/Hours
  3. Select the asset
  4. Click New Asset Reading
  5. Input Odometer Reading (km)
  6. Click Save
