All of our trackers are ready to use on delivery (except OBD & Hard Wired).
This means you can simply move the device from one asset to another without any assistance. You can also use our self service cloud dashboard to modify asset names so if you change a tracker from one car to another, you can add the numberplate to easily identify it in our cloud app and on the Live Tracking map!

Yes – with any of our Trackers you need to also purchase an ANYTRACK LIVE subscription in order for SIM Mobile Network Data Access and our ANYTRACK LIVE Cloud App.
As part of our free inital consultation process our team will advise on the best Tracking solution and present all requirements to get you TRACKING!
The app can be accessed via Web Browser (PC/Mac – All Browsers) and iOS or Android App via our Cloud App. Other phones are supported, you will just need to use the Browser on the phone to view.
All subscriptions are on a month to month rolling basis and have no lock in contracts, simply email us at info@anytrack.com.au if you wish to pause TRACKING for a period of time, and email us again to start TRACKING again – it’s that simple!

Yes – we use military like AES 256 bit encryption to store your data in our Data Center hosted by Microsoft Azure.
Many big companies such as eBay, Boeing, Samsung, LG, LinkedIn all use Microsoft Azure so we can assure you that your data is safe with us.
All of your records and logs are kept for 12 months only. After this time they are removed. If you wish for your data to be kept longer you are able to do manual exports for offline record keeping, contact us for help.
Once your order is processed and the device hardware is programmed, we aim to ship out as quick as possible using Australia Post/TNT and will provide you a tracking number.
We will do our best to help track the items to ensure you receive them timely and assist with the activation of devices when you are ready to track.
All orders incur a cost of Express Postage $20 ex GST
Our Refund Policy lasts 30 days from date of delivery.
If you suspect your item is faulty or not working properly, please email us at info@anytrack.com.au For a lot of our products, we can resolve issues over the phone by offering remote support, or assisting with firmware updates.
Alternatively, you can post your product back to us for assessment.
If a fault is found, we will handle warranty process for you.
All hardware is covered by a standard 1 year warranty period from delivery.
You must provide proof of receipt. This may either be a receipt we issued, or bank statement/credit card statement clearly showing the amount which corresponds to the purchase price, and that shows ANYTRACK was the merchant. At the discretion of ANYTRACK repair or replacement may include new and/or refurbished parts up to the value of the unit being repaired or replaced.
What’s not covered by our returns / warranty policy:
– Water infiltration or evidence of water infiltration.
Our devices are not full IP67 rating when shipped. If you wish to achieve maximum IP67 waterproof rating, you will need to seal the device yourself accordingly. Email info@anytrack.com.au and we will recommend adequate sealant products.
– Damage to the connection point or pins.
– Power, electrical or voltage surge.
– Any accidental damage by misuse.
Any expenses relating to returning your product to us will normally have to be paid by you. We will pay the return costs to send the repaired/new item back to you, but reserve the right to charge for return freight if you send a non-faulty item back.

Please speak to us prior to mailing any items back and we will be able to determine the fastest method of repair or return. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

As a retailer we are not obliged to accept return of goods purchased from our online store unless required under Australian Consumer Law. We do not have to accept returns if you changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it.
Please make your choice with this in mind.
We can only accept non-faulty goods for return in the following circumstances:
– You have a valid receipt or other proof of purchase with ANYTRACK
– You were offered a return acceptance within a particular time frame
You will need to have a careful record to prove this, and the goods must be complete with all packaging and accessories, and in as-new condition. If you wish to request your non-faulty product outside of the above conditions, our Director may consider your request, and determine a re-stocking fee based on the conditions of the goods, and date of purchase. At our prerogative, any refund agreed upon, may be in a form other than cash or credit/debit card reversal, for example bank transfer within 7 days.
Shipping Fees, SIM Cards, Batteries, Subscription Services
are non refundable.
